Realiza-se na Casa da Guia, em Cascais, entre as 16h e as 20h, e é reservado a parceiros e profissionais convidados. É uma oportunidade única para vender ou adquirir imóveis não disponíveis online, com total discrição e através de uma rede qualificada.

*Condições de Participação de Imóveis no Evento:

• A propriedade não pode ter estado disponível para venda, seja online ou off market, nos últimos 12 meses;

• O valor de divulgação deverá ser igual ou superior a €1.000.000,00 (um milhão de euros);

• Celebração de contrato de exclusividade com a OR Properties/ColdwellBanker, com duração mínima de 3 meses;

• Serviço de intermediação mínima de 5% + IVA.

*Property Participation Conditions for the Event:

• The property must not have been available for sale, either online or off-market, in the last 12 months;

• The listing price must be equal to or greater than €1,000,000,00 (one million euros);

• An exclusive contract must be signed with OR Properties/ColdwellBanker, with a minimum duration of 3 months;

• A minimum mediation fee of 5% + VAT.
